At PawsitiveOne, your satisfaction matters. We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides guarantees that our goods must:

• Be of acceptable quality,

• Match the description provided, and

• Be fit for their intended purpose.

Returns & Refunds

• If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

• Change of mind returns are generally not accepted, but we may allow them at our discretion if products are unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days of delivery (return postage may apply).

• Perishable items (such as pet food) cannot be returned unless faulty or unsafe.
